OE Out of Office with Jack Fitzgerald

Before the rest of the world wakes up, Jack Fitzgerald is already out the door. Camera in hand, gear packed, and destination set — he heads into nature with no agenda other than to observe, learn, and appreciate whatever the morning has in store.

As a Senior Manager on SharkNinja’s Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) team, Jack brings that same curiosity to his work. Wildlife photography, and especially birding, has long been his passion — and for Jack, every new species holds its own beauty and its own lesson, a reminder that there is always more to discover if you’re willing to look closely enough.

That mindset carries directly into his role at SharkNinja. “Working in ESG is incredibly satisfying. I get to tackle some of the most complex problems faced by our organization and collaborate on solutions with bright, passionate people from across the entire business. It feels great to know that our team is helping SharkNinja achieve our mission sustainably,” said Jack.

Whether he’s tracking a new bird species or helping SharkNinja navigate its sustainability goals, Jack approaches every challenge with curiosity, care, and a deep appreciation for what’s possible.
