When photographer&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ashley.easterling.92\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Ashley Easterling<\/a>&nbsp;encountered this during a wedding ceremony recently, she refused to allow the relative to ruin the bride and groom\u2019s first kiss photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"449\" src=\"https:\/\/widezine.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/nov-696x449-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4747\" srcset=\"https:\/\/widezine.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/nov-696x449-1.jpg 696w, https:\/\/widezine.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/nov-696x449-1-300x194.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 46-second video shows Josh and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lornadane.adams.5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Lorna Dane Gantt<\/a>&nbsp;being pronounced as husband and wife. As Easterling stands in the aisle to capture their first kiss as a married couple, the bride\u2019s stepmother (who had repeatedly stood in the aisle to shoot photos with her smartphone) stepped in front of Easterling and started shooting her own snapshots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without any hesitation, Easterling pushed the stepmom aside with her shoulder, stepped up to the couple, and managed to get her shots before the first kiss ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI politely asked several times for her to move,\u201d Easterling says. \u201cShe popped off something smart\u2026 I told her I was the paid photographer, then she told me I wasn\u2019t doing my job and walked right in front of me. Nope.
